I have the sweetest, most thoughtful friends ever. Marina and Hanna organized a surprise engagement brunch for me today! Marina said we were "studying" but to look nice because we were "taking pictures"...I knew something was going on, but had no idea just how awesome it was going to be!
So many girls from our class came, and we all had a great time eating Mexican food, talking, and drinking mimosas. I can't believe how incredibly blessed I am to be surrounded by such wonderful people.

It was so thoughtful of your friends to host a party for you, and the surprise must have been very pleasant. I’m also planning a surprise birthday party for my wife at the nearby venue NYC tomorrow. I’ve told her we’ll have a small and quiet celebration at home, so I’m excited to see her reaction when she finds out I’ve organized an amazing party.
